Pediatric Ages and Stages Developmental Screening Questionnaire
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children undergo in-depth developmental screenings at 9, 18, and 24 months of age. The benefits to completing this developmental screening online are 1) you will be able to fill it out in the comfort of your own home and 2) when your child is rested and happy. This allows us to have a better evaluation of your child's development.
